Refund Policy
Last updated: February 2026
1. Escrow Protection
When you win an auction, your payment is held in escrow. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm receipt and satisfaction. This protects both buyers and sellers.
2. When Refunds Apply
- Item not delivered: If the seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
- Item not as described: Significant discrepancy between the listing and the delivered item.
- Duplicate charge: Accidental double payments.
- Cancelled auction: If an auction is cancelled by the platform or seller after payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Open a dispute from your Dashboard → Bids → select the transaction.
- Provide evidence (screenshots, communication records).
- Our team will review within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your wallet or original payment method.
4. Refund Methods

5. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Buyer's remorse — bids are binding.
- Items received as described but buyer changed their mind.
- Platform commission fees (non-refundable).
- After buyer confirms receipt.
6. Seller Disputes
Sellers can dispute unfair refund requests. Our mediation team reviews both sides and makes a fair decision. Repeat offenders (both buyers and sellers) may face account penalties.
